Rolls cabbage with greenery recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 kg cabbage
• 1 onion
• 0.5 cups semolina
• 0.5 cups flour
• 2 cloves garlic
• greenery
• Vegetable oil for frying
• breadcrumbs
• Salt to taste
• Spices to taste

Preparation:

1 .Cut  Cabbage into 4 pieces and weld in salt water 8-10 minutes.
2. Fold the cabbage in a colander, mince and squeeze to remove water.
3. On a fine grater grate the onion and garlic skip through the garlic press.
4 . Dill finely chop.
 5 . For cabbage, add the onion, garlic and herbs. Season with salt and season with spices to taste.
6. Add flour, semolina, mix thoroughly.
7. Form of the mass patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crispy golden crust.
