Ingredients:
- Butter - 75 g
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 3 pieces.
- Milk - 2 cups
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- French bread - 6 pieces
- Black olives (chopped) - ½ cup
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. First place to cook potatoes in their skins. It can also be boiled in advance.
3. Clean the whole garlic.
4. Slice the onions.
5. Peel and dice the potatoes ready.
6. On medium heat, melt half the butter in a frying pan and fry the cloves of garlic for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
7. Add the onions. Broil for 2-3 minutes more.
8. Add the potatoes and remaining oil. Continue to cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
9. Put everything in a small saucepan, add milk and broth (or water). Cook over medium heat for another 15 minutes before until potatoes are very soft.
10. Remove from the heat and send it all in a blender or use a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and remove to the side a little brew.
11. In the meantime, make the croutons. Fry the bread on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
12. Finely chop the olives.
13. Mix the olives with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture onto the toasted bread.
14. Great soup is ready!
