Ingredients:

  • Champagne or sparkling wine - 300 ml + 150 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin - 3 
  • Sugar - to taste


Preparation:

1. In a saucepan, mix 300 ml of wine with sugar and gelatin. Leave for 2 minutes .
Put the pan on a small fire and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and pour in the remaining 150 ml of champagne. Stir. Pour the liquid into the bread pan and place it in the freezer for at least an hour.
